Engagements
Scope, deliverables, milestones, fees and support levels are defined per project in a written agreement.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom code, designs and data produced for your project. Reusable platform components are licensed to you for that deployment.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service, except where the law requires otherwise.
